TCPSearcher

TCPSearcher is a device designed to increase the precision of technological processes based on industrial robots.

The robot tool scanning function updates the X, Y, Z position and the tool orientation angles Rx, Ry, Rz, allowing correction of process points without re-teaching or re-calibrating the robot position.

What TCP Searcher provides

  • Increasing precision of the technological process
  • Maintenance-free TCP calibration, as the entire procedure takes place in the automated process.
  • Ability to scan various types of tools: MIG/MAG torch, adhesive nozzle, resistance welding clamps, riveters, etc.
  • Optimization of production costs.

Bin picking system

Why choose EyeT+ Pick?

The EyeT+ Pick system is an advanced 3D vision solution designed and manufactured in Italy by IT+Robotics. It is a complete ecosystem for robotic pick-up of randomly placed items from bins (bin-picking), combining precise hardware sensors with intelligent simulation software.
  • Versatility: The system supports most leading robot brands such as Kuka, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa, Universal Robots (UR) and Comau.
  • Cost efficiency: Users can configure new products independently without additional costs, using the knowledge base and online tutorials.
  • Communication flexibility: Support for TCP/IP standards and industrial fieldbuses such as Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP and Siemens S7.
  • Maintenance-free: The supplied devices are pre-calibrated and do not require scheduled technical inspections.

Intelligent Bin-Picking System: EyeT+ Pick & Twin Pick

The EyeT+ Pick system is an advanced 3D vision solution designed and manufactured in Italy by IT+Robotics. It is a complete ecosystem for robotic pick-up of randomly placed items from bins (bin-picking), combining precise hardware sensors with intelligent simulation software.

Key system components:

  • Smart Pick 3D Solid software: Enables full integration of the robot with the vision system. It uses CAD files for autonomous object mapping and grip point management, while offering advanced filters for reflective surfaces.
  • Twin Pick (Digital Twin): A cloud-based simulator that allows the entire workstation to be recreated virtually before physical installation. It enables testing of robot kinematics, collision detection, and cycle time optimization without tying up real hardware.
